Damaged Product or Packaging:
1. Unboxing Video Requirement:
If the jewellery or the packaging appears damaged upon arrival, we require you to provide an unboxing video to initiate the exchange or return process. The video must clearly show the condition of the package and the product, from the moment you receive it, to help us assess the situation.
2. Damaged Parcel:
- If the parcel appears damaged upon delivery, do not accept the package from the courier.
- Please refuse delivery of the damaged parcel, and notify us immediately by sending an email with the details to our customer care at: [Insert Customer Care Email]
- Once we receive your complaint, we will take immediate action to resolve the issue by dispatching a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
3. Damaged Product Inside the Box:
- If the damage is discovered after the parcel has been accepted and opened, kindly contact us within 48 hoursof delivery.
- Ensure you send us the unboxing video showing the damage, along with your order details.
- Upon verification, we will process an exchange for the damaged product at no extra charge.
4. &Exchange Process:
- If the product is damaged, we will initiate an exchange or send you a replacement as soon as possible, based on availability. You will not incur any additional shipping charges for the exchange.
- In case an exchange is not possible due to stock limitations, we will offer a full refund or provide you with store credit, depending on your preference.
5. Non-Damaged Product Returns:
